Sean McIntyre earned his Ph.D. in German Studies from Stanford University. He translates for Lecttura and various cultural organizations, specializing in translations in the arts, humanities and social sciences. Most recently Sean was one of two translators for an ambitious project on the life and works of Brazilian author Clarice Lispector for the Instituto Moreira Salles.
