Lecttura Translations is a company that provides excellent language services (editing, proofreading, translation, transcription, and subtitling) in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. It has highly qualified professionals, and each project is assigned to a translator according to his or her academic background and experience.
Lecttura was founded in Porto Alegre (RS, Brazil), but my training and career as a translator began in Montevideo (Uruguay), the city where I was born. Between these two places, the project for the company was born and grew, while the team of excellent professionals which we have today was still forming. With them we made it all the way to Rio de Janeiro. Thus, from the waters of the Río de la Plata, passing through the dear Lake Guaíba, we arrived at the Atlantic Ocean, which opens up to the world… This is our vocation: to facilitate communication and promote dialogue and the best possible understanding among the people who, from the most varied places and perspectives, contribute with their grains of sand, every day, to the building of a better world for everyone.
